Day 1 on Sw .....again

I found this app this morning and am hoping following all the threads will help keep me on the straight and narrow now I am back doing SW.

I lost 50lbs with SW over 6 months between Oct 2007 - May 2008. I was on maternity leave from work at that time and found it easy to follow making my own recipes and cooking at home. It was harder to keep the weight off when I returned to work and gradually within the next year some of the weight crept back on :(.

Last year I moved house twice and split from my partner. All in all a stressful year which took it's toll on my weight (comfort eating)

So here I am again. Not quite gained the whole 50lb but at least half of them! Doin SW on my own this week and hoping to rejoin next weeks' class.

Hope to make some new friends and maybe get some 'group support' here from fellow slimmers. Thanks for reading :)
