well done on the first day. drink LOADS of water.
it will take away the hunger feeling also it wont
last long, just be strong and get thru the first few days
and its gets easier. take it one hunger pain at a time.
when you feel like eating drink a pint/half pint
of water, by the time you have you will have
forgotten about the hunger.

I'm finding it okay at the moment but I think that's cos I'm totally lashing in the water. Have you been getting enough into you? I've almost 1 litre gone already - I just keep the bottle on my desk and keep swigging. It definitely keeps the hunger at bay.
