Hello- I am off to Paris with my husband for the marthon (he is the runner) and I had planned to magically drop all the weight and be back in my 'wedding lingerie'- HA! I guess it could fit on one of my legs.... (like the entire thing, it's depressing that my leg is the size that my waist was:cry
Anyhows... instead of going for yet another starvation diet I decided to try for a more long term approach: SW.
This is my breakfast for day 1:
2x weetabix (healthy option B)
Coffee and Coffee latte with milk (healthy option A)
1 large banana
guess i better get back to work- I've been surfing this forum for a bit too long.... it's great to read all the diaries and get ideas and support.
