Day 1 - What should I do?

S: 13st4.0lb C: 11st0lb G: 8st9.3lb BMI: 30.1 Loss: 2st4lb(17.2%)
I had my first shake at 8am and have had about 2 pints of water so far today, should I be taking the shakes/soups at regular intervals as in breakfast lunch and dinner or just when im hungry?

Is it ok to maybe have a soup now then have a shake as a sort of pudding.

Thought I would be starving by now but Im feeling fine

Any other tips would be appreciated

Buncey well done on your 1st day it is entirely up to you when you have your packs me personally i dont have my first one till 11.30 then 5.15 then 11 but thats my work pattern ive only had one today about 45 mins ago but i have had loads of water cant see it being a prob having a soup then a muffin i do good luck hun any joy with cdc ???

i tend to have one shake in the morning 8 or 9 am, then my next at 6-7pm with the final (usually soup) about 9.30pm because that suits my habits - i usually feel more tempted later in the day sat in front of the telly. While i admit VERY occasionally my stomach rumbles around 4-5pm but those rumbles are my fault because of the long gap but i find a cup of tea (i drink peppermint tea now) or some water soon sorts the rumbles out and you quickly go past that anyway.
Some people mix two shakes together but i've never done that - i think i would feel like i was missing out on something :eek:

You just need to find a routine - try a few different combinations or times to find the one that suits you and you'll be fine :D

I have my 1st at 9.30am ish, then another at 4.00 pm and the final one about 8.30. That works well for me. It really depends on your lifestyle. A lot of people also spilt their packs so they seem to have more. ONce you get a few days you will be able to work out whats best for you.

I usually have my first one at 11, a soup at 4 and then a soup later in the evening. Or sometimes if I have gone all day and still have 2 packs left then I would have a soup with a mousse to follow!

As you go on with the diet you will get to know what your times will be hun!

well done i used to have a coffee first thing in morning whilst on ss and tried not to have cd until lunch time at least which gives you cd still to have later on in the evening stay with plans and believe it or not it does get easier 13 stone loss in 12 months without trying good luck

KittyKat its a lady in West Wickham she sounded lovely on the phone and close to work so handy too

Just had another one as will be going to bed soon so had Vanilla shake thats lovely tastes like custard (if only)

Thanks for everyones help, I have struggled with the water intake but hopefully tomorrow I will fit some more in.

Well done on your first day, i have the vanilla shake hot with cinnamon sprinkled in it yummy taste great.
I have found it easier having the shakes at regular intervals, i have mine at 12, 5 and than 10.
