Have had a good day so far, feel really full after stuffing my face with a massive jacket spud filled to the brim with prawns in Greek yoghurt with a dash of tomato sauce so have had to dip into my syns but only by 1 1/2 which isn't bad at all. Have eaten loads of fruit also so wonder how 'regular' I am going to be later lol. Steak and slimming world chips for tea tomorrow night yummy!
