I have restarted 18:4 just had my second shake, feeling a little hungry.

Waiting for OH to get out the bath so I can jump in and read a book!

Bless, it's hard when your hungry, but it does get easier, and that's a great idea, bath and reading takes your mind if food, I read all the time now to keep me occupied, good luck, stay focused, you can do this!!!!
