Day 1

Hi all,
As the title says, I have just started SF.
I have previously been successful with WW, pre-kids, and now struggle with any sort of diet where I have to plan meals. I also have a fussy husband!
Hence starting SF so I don't have to think about it!

I have approx 4 stone to lose, and would like to lose 2 stone in the next 10 weeks before my holidays xx

Its my 1st day on Ultra Slim (tescos own) & I'm incorporating it with WW, as I'm in a habit of tracking & I really need a big kick! Also I'm going to make it with water rather than milk, reason for this is I find i can't stomach that much milk! So I will see how I go.
 
Well going good so far, but I can't stomach more than one shake a day :-(
So I'm just having one for breakfast, and a 200cal meal for lunch instead.

Feeling much less bloated though so combing the healthy eating with this is working! X
 
What's your lunches for 200calories be good to share some ideas x
 
How come u have so many? They r on offer at the mo, asda r doing 3 for £10 but they are more calories than ultra slim
