Having left Cambridge in June after losing 3.5 stone and just about managed to maintain by the skin of my teeth at around 10st give or take 3 lbs either way. I have decided to jump onboard juddd to try and lose my last stone.

Looks like I should be having 1896 on up days and 416 on down days.
Day 1 have failed already to keep track of up day calories. I'm just too lazy to count and I'm still a mindless eater. So will eat freely on up days and not eat anything on down days.

Weight 10.2lbs

Fingers X it works because I really really really don't want to do TFR ever again. :-*

How are you getting on? I had a DD today, and have kept to my kcals. How are you managing with not eating anything on a DD?
 
Hey Aud I'm so much more in control on DDs than up days and enjoy my DDs so much more. I'm still very out of control on Ups and can't reign it in. Will see at the end of the week if its working for me. Even 1lb loss is an achievement with the amount I've eaten on Ups. Fingers X for a result.
