Hi All,

this is my first day!

i did lipotrim last year for my holidays and got to target, but i've gained some back and what to get to a lower target this time before i go on holiday as last year i left it really late to start.

so i'm starting today and will have loads of time before i go on holiday in July.

To be honest i can't wait to get started as i was going to wait until Monday, but i'm in the right frame of mind so thought i would start today, bite the bullet so to say:)

i've notices a few other new starters today, well done and i can't wait for us all to be on the losing side.

I was on here all the time, when i did it last year, so i look forward to chatting to you all over the next few week.

Hiya hun! Welcome back :) great that you've decided to start today..it's so much better if your in that frame of mind just to get on it asap! You've done it before so you know just what to expect! Good luck for today, let us know how your getting on!xx

Florida Girl, i left it really late last year, with about 5 weeks to go before my hols, i lost about 1.5 stone, and i even lost on holiday doing the refeed, since then i've put about 8lbs back on, mostly over xmas and last wek when i was away again.

the other thing worth mentioning is that my hubby did it as well and he lost 2 stone before we went on holiday and 3 more stone when we came back....and he hasn't put a lb back on, he is still doing 1 shake a day to help him maintain.

Hello and welcome back :) you know what it takes to succeed on LT already so I'm sure you'll do a great job losing even more weight for your July holiday.

You ve done really really well then to only gain 8lb incuding christmas!!!!!!!! you'll soon shed that plus lots more!!! So glad you posted this as there is hope for me yet after refeed!!! ha ha ha!!!

Well done for restarting. I'm also on hols in July and can't wait. Hoping to lose as close to 8stones as I can. Good luck, not that you'll need it!
