Well done for getting to day 11. You sound like you need some diversions. The first diversion you could try is to make a list of nice things you can do for yourself that doesn't involve food. Then you could try one thing off the list when you are feeling low. I have a card that lists the advantages of losing weight. I read it several times a day. I find it does help to remind myself why I am doing this.:):):)
