Total Solution Day 12 and struggling a bit today :o(

Hi all
Im on day 12 of TS, have stuck to it 100% and havnt really felt hungry.....until today!! My tummy keeps rumbling and I feel so hungry, have already had 2 ltrs of water, a few coffee's and a can of coke zero but I just want something to munch
Cant understand why I feel so hungry today but have been ok up until now!
Has anyone else had this and does it get easier?!

I have had the occasional hungry day too. Just dig in your heels, refuse to give up and do something else to occupy you instead. I make endless cups of tea when I'm on a hungry day. Bouillon might help you?
