Day 1 No issues at all, day 2 a completely different story, headaches, sickness i have been drinking the maximum amount of water that i can.

i really know how you feel , but hang in there coz it gets better. yesterday was also my day 2 and it was not easy at all. for me it included headaches and so much hungar especially in the evening. yesterday before going to bed i almost gave up but i got some support from here. i woke up this morning feeling so much better and today i feel good.
when i was reading on here about how it gets better i was wondering if it would ever get better for me. but today i feel so much better so yes it has got better. so hang in there luv, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!
