Day 2 is over and done with and managed to resist all the goodies that are constantly in the office ;)

My breath is pretty awful already, any tips to make it more acceptable?

Roll on day 3 :)
 
Hi Jane, I've taken to brushing my teeth in the afternoons ( in addition to mornings); I do a good old tongue scrub too and follow it with a mouth wash!
 
My pharmacist sold me fresh breath strips which are OK on the diet. They just dissolve slowly on the tongue. Stay strong tomorrow. The third day was my worst mental wobble to date.
