if you can just find the willpower to get throught the first 3-5 days you wont even feel hungry - im on day 10 now & sort of having to force myself to have my shakes as not all all hungry. good luck

If you really need food can't you look at doing the ss+ or the 810 - apparently there is hardly any difference in weight loss & you get to eat real food? I'm only doing ss because I know if I can have food I won't limit myself but plenty of people can...

You need to drink the water, it stops you being hungry. Ketosis will kick in day 4 or 5 or thereabouts. Keep going xx
