Day 2,going well!!

added tablespoon lite mayo (2 syns) ,can fruit cocktail in juice (HXB) and 2 tbspns evap lite (1.5 syns) to my lunch.
so have used both HX's and 4.5 syns so far.

Am stuffed:D
 
hello everyone, back from my weekend, had a great time and would like to tell you that i've been really good foodwise, but that would be a complete lie!!
So today i am starting properly,after my try out days last week which went really well.
Am off to Asda in a while to do my 1st sw shop, tho i think it might take me a little while to get my head aroind it-shopping for ww had almost become second nature, so if anyone can suggest some good buys from asda ,i would be grateful.

Had quorn sausages and beans for breakfast, was meant to have poached egg too but egg disintegrated on its way out of the pan and i stamped my little feet!!. Am thinking fish and salad for lunch and some kind of stir fry for tea. going with EE again
 
i have shopped and todays menu is:
Milk for drinks HXA
B 2 quorn sausages, large spoonful beans and a look at a poached egg.
L Makerel fillets in brine,salad, tinned spuds, fresh raspberries and pineapple
D pork,stir fry veg, noodles, sugare free jelly ,evap lite ( 1.5 syns)
 
good morning, My Baby is 6 today! cant quite beleive it. They have started the day with a screaming match so all normal here!!

Food plan for today (green)
Milk for drinks HXA
B banana,raspberries, mandarin mullerlite
L instant noodles with veg ( diy chow mein?)
D quorn escalopes (7syns), mash and veg.

will add other hx's and syns as i go along
