I feel terrific today!!! 
Getting through day one was a major milestone for me and I am sooooo pleased!!
Got some major support on this site yesterday and when you consider these people are complete strangers its very touching!!!
Silly me I can't wait till the weigh in next week!!! got my fingers crossed for a 4lb weight loss!!!
I have had two hot teas today and it is working so far - gotta study my butt off today to get an essay in for next monday (haven't started it yet) hopefully it will distract me from the chocolates still in the corner after Xmas!!!
