3rd day

Today is my 3rd day, I don't feel hungry at all, however I keep thinking about food.
We derive so much comfort from food whether we need it or not is another matter. I can't wait to get weighed in a few days time.:)

i am on day 3 also and have found that i am thinking alot about food however i try and distract myself as i am not feeling hungry i just think i am good luck to everyone on this plan it is a hard one but very rewarding x

im the same, think about food alot, but im also getting up of my bum and doing alot more which has been distracting me. i used to think about food alot when i was eating it, so lt hasnt really made much difference, apart from saving me some money!
