Step 1 Sole Source Day 2 on ss

Hello all!


It's day 2, I weighed in at my biggest 17.13


I've done lighter life before about 7 years ago and I lost a lot of weight, I then gained all my weight back :eek: but I did have a baby and lost my job, so that seemed to be my excuse. I have decided that how's the time to act but I'm very very hungry :cry:and hoping that its true that it gets easier.

Im going to have a soup for dinner, I've tried the premed shakes and very impressed so far.


Any suggestions on good flavours?

I'm a creature of habit, strawberry and chocolate shakes for me only. Defo didn't like the chocolate orange!

Only soup I could stomach was the chicken & mushroom. In my first week, they all tasted lovely, but come week 2 and I wasn't hungry enough to eat them lol.


I will become the person I am in my head!!!

Eating is cheating ;-)
