Attack Day 2 - so far so good!!

Hellooo,

I'm new to Dukan, previously done Slimming World but stalled so here I am!

Day 1 was better than I expected, no side effects yet and not hungry either!!

B Dukan Galette with FF yogurt
L Tuna Boiled egg and cottage cheese
D Chicken in curried yogurt with a tiny bit of onion
S Chicken breast and more yogurt

The only thing I'm not sure of is no added sugar juice, I struggle to drink a lot of water without it, can anyone let me know if it is ok to use?

Weighed in this morning (not used to this daily weighing!) and 3lbs lighter, I know it's probably just water but I'll take it!!

Feeling really motivated but looking forward to Saturday and some vegetables!! :D

Really enjoying reading all your posts, is great to know I'm not alone doing this!!
 
Day 2 for me too as a restarter and im also 3lb down. Whohoo!!

Youre not really supposed to have the squash but i say if it doesnt effect your loss, it doesnt do any harm.

Keep it up!!
 
Thank you, will try without the squash, am sure I'll get used to it, with the help of the odd glass of Coke Zero!!

So far am surprised that I'm not feeling hungry, going to circuit training tonight so will see how I cope without carbs!!
 
Ive just had to have a bit of chicken to tide me over but i sometimes wonder if i confuse thirst and hunger.... must drink more water
