Hi I am on day 3 feeling ok today but yesterday i felt the same, I just keep thinking to myself it is not forever and try not to think about food, distract your thoughts with how good you look in a pair of jeans.:)

I AM STARVING!! I was fine yesterday, I work in pharmacy and it's been so busy today and I've been running around like CRAZY!!! Errrggghhh and all my workmates have been having lush smelling lunchs! And the pharmacist had chinese!! I had to leave to have my shake!!! Lol :/
Bear with it hun. It will pass, and it does get easier x x x

Hiya Im on day 2 too I have been ok even forgot to have my 2nd shake just had it now. The reason I remembered was because I had to cook the tea (Torture) & I went into a panic incase I picked, so I sulked off saying I cooked it the least he could do was plate it up lol. So Ive just had my chicken soup feel like Ive had my tea now. xxx

i feel the complete same im on 5th day and i am actually struggling. i'm not exaggerating eiether. im drinking 3 strawberry milkshakes a day and i hate it really struggle with especially when the others around me eat. im 14 stone and want to get to eiether 9 or 10 and ive been told to stick with it till april but omg i cant imagine doing this this long. but i really want to do it. im hoping to find someone on here to help me through it or give advice or something x maria x

hi maria, don't look at the overall picture honey, just take one day at a time, just say to yourself in the mornings I will do it today, and get through that day. Once you get the first week under your belt and have your great weigh in results, you will be flying honey. Hang on in there. If it helps, split your packs and have 6 half packs a day for a while until you are feeling a bit better x

hey guys!! hang in there! its all worth it.. wait until your first weigh in and you will be so proud that you have stuck with it.. it is tough in the beginning but it does get alot easier and soon enough you will have the hang of it!.. chin up and keep your eyes on the prize...good luck! x

Thanks for all the support!! Woke up this morning and feel pretty good, gonna try and have my first shake later than normal today as I usually have it at half 8 then dnt have my second one till 1 or 2! Il see if that helps with the major hunger!! :) xx
