    Well got through day 1 and onto day 2 feeling positive . A bit tired but apart from that ok

    Well done on getting thro day 1 :) stay positive and drink lots of water
    I'm on day 10 now and feel miles better in myself :)

    Be prepared for "d" day - day three. I always find that if I stick to it and face my third day headache and overall tiredness I am in a different place straight after. Trust me it's worth every effort. Hang on there - you are doing sterling job!
    P.S.
    Don't forget to drink and drink and drink as much water as you can!!!
