Day 2!!

Right now for day 2!! Woke with a slight headache, but a couple of paracetamol will do the trick, I'm sure! Decided to be creative this morning and made a large mug of Cherry and Cinnamon herbal tea (I'm assuming it's ok cause it's made with leaves and there's no citric acid in it) and added my vanilla shake - it was delicious and certainly warmed my cockles!

Still really excited x
 
We're not allowed tea made with fruits, so as it's cherry then I guess it's a no no.

why is that we cant have it do you know? just wondering becoz I've seen people say they add garlic and chilli to the soups and things and was surprised that was ok.xx

Most fruit is high sugar high carbs sadly
