    well all is well after my second day managed to drink at least 4 ltrs of water
    its been ok tomorrow might be the day i find it hard. I work in a major supermarket so i see food all day.:):)

    I can only manage about 3 at the moment.
    How are you finding the shakes?

    shakes are ok soup not too bad when you put salt and pepper in it. i find it easier to drink them through a straw

    i did the straw thing today too... it improved it cos the taste doesnt stay in ur mouth for too long!

    Straws made the world of difference for me so I hope they do for you too :)

    i drink the shakes with a spoon?

    feels a bit more substantial than just glugging it down!

    yes straws help and make the liquid easier to get down.

    don't think you should be adding salt to your soup though mama

    the chemist said to me to add lots of salt and pepper to the soup.. but i wasnt so sure so i just went with the pepper. I dont think they even know whats right and wats not.
