well done skinnylala!! the first few days seem to be the hardest but as soon as ketosis kicks in you'll feel much better and it'll get easier, i found distracting myself on here and taking hot baths worked really well!

ya this is my 3rd attempt first time stuck if for week dont know how so this time am determined for longer, ya just want first 3 - 4 days out way

This is my 3rd attempt too, before I really had issues getting past day 3, but so far so good and if I can do it anyone can!!!

oh well done random i am really struggling too last few attemts yes ate on day 3 think,hang in there we can do it
