Day 2...

Well, I'm on my second day and I am pleased (and relieved) to report that there have been no 'bottom disasters' as yet.

Loads of people at work now know I am on them and are poised to see me either poo myself or to tell me horror stories of people they know on them... Oh its just wonderful to have support!

I must say, these pills really do scare you off the bad stuff!
