    Thats fantastic, you are well on your way to lose a stone in 4 weeks which I am sure you wouldn't have managed on any other diet!

    Keep up the good work and I am sure you will lose a wee bit more next week ;)

    Thats a great loss for week 3 hun.Dont be disappointed with it.This diet almost guarantees 1 stone a month gone and you are almost there.

    Keep the chin up,i know how you feel as you give up so much for this diet that we expect such alot in return,but you are doing,thats what counts and the results are speaking for themselves.
