Day 3....blip!!!

Hi guys....day 4 today! dreading the weekend!
Last night day 3 i had a small packet of peanuts!!!!! how bad will that be for me??? gutted! x
i have no willpower at all!!!:cry:
 
Week 1 I found was very hard, particularly between days 3-5, after that it got much better, so just hang on in there and keep drinking lots of water and stay busy to take your mind off. The hunger pangs will be suppressed if you drink lots of water. Good luck for the weekend and we look forward to hearing about your first weigh in soon. Take care
 
Keep going!! I found the first 4days REALLY hard. But the past couple of days A LOT easier. Dont worry bout the blip now, just pick yaself back up n carry on x

Don't worry about the blip we all have them. Just lift your head up again and say 'I can do it!' It's a long journey for us all.

Last night day 4 i got a massive burst of energy and started decluttering my house! i loved it...i hope it lasts!!!!!

Hi littleflower, yes you can do it! I'm on day 4 (round 3) and the goign is currently tough but it really does become so much easier.
On we go!
