Day 3 newbie here

    I think all those people who say that CWP and other shake plans, are the easy way out, are absolutely bonkers!

    Yes it is all laid out for you so you don't have to think (lifesaver for me) but it takes an awful lot of willpower to stick to it.

    I'm on day 3 so it is early days, but the cheese was talking to me today.... eat me, eat me... I have resisted though, the 4 lbs I've lost since Monday has helped with that! Then bloody dominoes sent me a text *deletes*.... nothing easy about CWP, in my opinion, but so worth it!

    Hey Jill,

    I'm on day 5 of 810, trying to lose 4.5st of pregnancy/ thyroid weight gain :( I'm already 10pb down but was 15s8 to begin with.

    Drinking loads of diet lemonade and squash in the evenings and sugar free ice pops these allows?! Not hungry so must be working! Keep going :)
