Well done for sticking with it, I'm on day 5 now & can't belive I'm still here!! I've already lost 6 pounds! I'm so motivated it's unbelievable!! After day 4 I thought it got a bit easier, good luck, ur doing great..x

Day 3 is the hardest but after that ketosis kicks in and it does get easier... just keep busy and drink plenty h20 . i was on LT last year and lost 3 stone - took a break from it and kept weight off so i started this week again to get the other 4 stone off......... love this site for the support you get. Let's keep going girls.......

Well done you guys! it is tough to start but HOW MUCH MORE in control do you feel.... ??? Think 'control' rather than 'hungry' .... Consider: Being fat is hard. So is being on this plan. I know which Hard I would prefer... only one has a positive outcome :) xx
