I'm on Day 4, found yesterday pretty tough but today much better. seem to be thinking about food a lot more though. Need to keep focused and I'll be fine.

My throught has been really itchy since yesterday. I've done at least 4 litres every day, so much excersize as we don't have a downstaris loo. Climbing the stairs 30 times a day must be good for something...

I'm up to 2 litres already without the shakes and a coffee, my mouth just feels furry and yuck, I've been really good with the food aspect and have blotted it out, it doesn't help that every time we open the office door you can smell the fish shop a few doors up :-( I can't wait for Saturday to weigh in...

good for you on day 3, the rest of the week will go quickly now. Sip the water and you should be fine. My mouth was drier the first week or so then sorted after that, so will be ok. Take care.

I got myself all organised this morning and popped to Asda's, picked up a blender for work, peppermint tea, couple of bottles of water and a big bag of ice, the shakes taste so much better with the ice crushed to almost nothing... :)
