Wow it day 3 today and am not hungry at at , i didn't have my breakfast yet cos i don't feel hungry, does that mean i'm in Ketosis now?:jelous:

hey, well done i am on day 3 too i normally hit ketosis late on day 3 so hoping to be there soon .. my breath is starting a whiff a bit so not far to go
I am just having my 1st shake of the day , and OMG I have no idea why i didnt try a chocolate tetra hot before ... its like galaxy hot choc mmmmmm
