Hello All,
Hope you are okay.
I am back on this after 3 years. Started Friday so on day 3 but I had not such a great consultant who wasnt very helpful so I have been doing ss+ and I feel I havnt done great. I have only been having a piece of chicken and brocolli but I sneakily weighed myself and not doing so great, only 2lbs lost. I then spoke to another consultant last night and I am changing over but I am just wondering whether it is better to do ss or ss+. Please advise. xxx

its easy to become disappointed but its best to weigh weekly and see the pounds coming off.

keep at it and make sure you are drinking the water as that can make a big difference.

My counsellor says that its best to do the SS+ but for me personally, SS is the only way. If I introduce real food, its easy for me to get out of control, like have more chicken than I am supposed to. I am on day 4 of SS now and feeling good. I am not craving food anymore and not feeling at all hungry. I think its a personal decision. You know how much control you have around food so base your decision on that.
