    Started off really well. I felt better than I had done in ages. The sun was shining and everything felt great. Got a headache again this afternoon, but then I also got my TOTM so that probably didn't help. Cooking tea-my danger time again. How I managed to stay strong I just don't know. It was sooo hard. I'm not going to cheat and I'm not going to let myself down, but it's really really hard right now....

    Its the end of week 1 for me today i lost 9lb.:D.. the first few days i really found it hard to cook the dinner for the other half and my daughter...my mouth was watering..lol and everywhere i went there was food,or food was being advertised..lol. but after the first few days it got easier, and now 1 week in i dont feel hungry, ive really got in to the routine..:)

    Hi Sparkles - well done so far. You can do it, just need to push through the next couple of days and you will start to feel better and excited at your first weigh in. Good luck!
