    Hi everyone, I'm day 4 and going strong with help of my CDC calling to give me a bit of encouragement.manage 2 cook the family a roast without as much as lick of chicken, I did have to keep. Smelling it tho which is a bit weird! Can't wait til Thursday when I get weighted .
