day 4.... GOT THE KICK I NEEDED :)

hey all u lovely people. :) I know i probably shouldnt have, but i weighed myself today and i got the kick that i was needing...the scales were down 3.7 pounds. i think thats a good loss in 3 days. I was really needing to see it workin so i could stick to it. Im not gonna weigh myself again (i'll try not to) till WI day. Till then im gonna really make an effort and try upping my water intake coz ive been havin between 1.5 - 2ltrs only. I think the more you drink the more u loose. watchout for my WI day ;)
