DAY 4 is a tired day for Bindiboo

Hi its me again

I am so so tired today beacuse I have been so busy at work running around.

Still I have managed 2 litres so far and have also had some marigold boullion.

Feeling really cold as well at the moment and am sitting here typing snuggled in a blanket:D

Just sorting out the dinner for the family.

You know what? hubby came home last night with a donner and I did not want to pinch a bit like I would have done. And thats on top of the chips the kids had offered me as well.

hey,
congrats for resisting! my partner tucked in to cheese, meats and breads yesterday - just my favourite food of all time but i was also good - hard though but now on day 5 and i just thought i may as well stick with it!
hows today so far? im just getting through litre number 1 at the mo!
i get weighed tomo so a bit early but hoping for 7lbs.....
