Am on my 4 th day of a low carb diet and have absolutely no energy and feel hungry all the time and I would kill for a piece of roast !!! Please somebody tells me this gets better i have no energy for exercise and am grumpy all the time !! Is it true that after about a week you get loads of energy and feel amazing ???? I am planning on reintroducing some good carbs after a while I just needed to get my carb and sugar cravings under control !!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated !!!
