Day 4....Question!!!!!!!

Hi all,

Start of day 4 and still feeling good but have got a question you may be able to help me with??

I'm having my two shakes throughout the day which is fine.....although the vanilla shake is proving a bit difficult to drink :sigh: But by the evening i'm finding that I dont want my 3rd shake. Will this affect my weight loss??

You need to have all 3, it is important because they provide all the vitamins and nutrients you need whilst your body it loosing weight, and you need to have your water allowance too.
If you cannot face 3 then why don't you mix 2 together to make a really thick creamy shake.

And I always put coffee in with the vanilla, makes sooooo much nicer.

Hiya, You really do need to take all 3 shakes. I don't know about your weight loss, but each shake / soup / flackjack, contains the vitamins, and nutriants that you need to stay healthy on the diet. If you don't take them you could get ill, and will have to come off the diet anyway. I would perservere and try and take them.

You could try having the vanilla or chocolate made with hot water and add a bit of decaf coffee to make it more like a latte or mocha. Or some people make the chocolate shake with hot peppermint tea and have it like hot coco before bed.

Thanks for the advice, its not because i dont want to drink it, its simply because im not hungry and dont feel i need it.....but i obviously do!!

Have just made the vanilla shake with coffee and warmed it up....not bad!

Will do my best this evening to have my 3rd shake :)

i know i may be a little late to this thread, but for a couple of weeks (!) i could only face 2. weight loss was just the same, actually i felt no different whatsoever but the boyfriend went a bit mad at me worrying that i'll get ill so i'm doing much better and making sure i have 3 a day! but it is important we get all 3 for the nutrition but i wonder if this is something i need to address at some point, but i think if i'm not hungry i dont want them - the less calories the better. naughty i know, but i'm not doing it anymore.

I hope you didnt microwave it?!!

Like others have said, you need all three. It's important calorie wise (so we dont go into starvation mode) and nutrition wise as they contain everything the body needs to get by in a day. :)
