im sure you will be rewarded on your 1st weigh in, chin up, keep smiling it can and will only get better:)
Keep at it!

I found the first week a bit meh and horrible, but after that I was bursting with energy and full of the joys.

Drink plenty of water and get lots of sleep and you'll fly through. Once you see the results of your first weigh in the initial first week yuckiness will be a distant memory.

I look forward to reading about how much you've lost.
