Hi all
I'm on day 4 of LT TFR! 100%!
I have a wii fit at home so am weighing myself to stop me eating!
I weighed myself this morning and after 3 days i've lost 9lb. I'm so happy. :)
I feel quite hungry and cant wait for this to pass xx
Anyone to talk to would be a big help!! :)

Well done Niki on getting to day 4...it is very motivating to see the scales drop so quickly...9lbs is mega!

You should go into ketosis either today or tomorrow and you will know it as you should not feel so hungry.

If you sip water it can help to reduce the hunger...

Do something nice for yourself. I just had a soaky bath and face pack after my hot choc !!!!! Bliss!!!

Thanks guys.
My partner is lovely and supportive. Helps me stay strong when I want to eat.
I hate drinking water so its tough mainly for that reason.
But my weight has been like this for too long.. I need to lose weight for my health, husband to be and son.

There are some great losses on here!!! The hard bit is done and as oon as Ketosis kicks in then it's a lot easier. You're still likely to get cravings for food..when these happen try and distract yourself...do something nice, go for a walk, soaky bath what ever gets you through
keep it up you're doing brilliantly!!!!

I'm sure you will darling!! :) Its tough the first week but stick at it. I find the water consumption the hardest as I have never really drank alot of water xxx Good luck and let me know if you need some support =] xx
