Im on day 4 and feeling better today, i actually dreamt about my shakes last night. i do however have to go to bed at 9pm (early for me ) just because im lethargic and to stop thinking about food but today im not doing that. horray!
I have a 3 year old to run round so hopefully my energy will return!

Well this dieting lark is pue rock n roll eh!!! I too am in bed by 9pm most nights, even if that means carting myself off with a black tea, laptop and the remote in bed...!!! Some nights I get all my bits on the stairs ready to go up and I literally go to bed as the kids do!!! LOL! The OH is finding it nice as he gets PS3 time without me moaning or arguing whats on the telly! ha ha!!!

I also do the whole 'running around after kids'.. its exhausting! Found it too much one day but back on form now! My kids are aged 13, 4 & 2... certainly have my hands full thats for sure!! They keep me on my toes and my house is never quiet!!!

Hi Emma, the first week is most definitely the hardest, however the first weigh in will make it all worth while. It will get easier as you get use to the diet and as you see the lbs drop off.
