    I done very well with ww in the past lost my mojo the last year, done all the diets under the sun cd, sw.
    But now i need to loose it and i no ww works with eating normal foods if you no what i mean.
    Going to join tonight.
    I need to loose at least 2 stone, please can i have any buddys or help?

    Hi Gemma, good luck.....I'm in the same boat as have tried every diet under the sun. They all work, it's just me who needs a boot up the backside (SW was very slow for me too) Re-joined WW classes on Tuesday. Want to lose about 2 stone. Love the propoints system. Good luck!

    I've done every diet under the sun but the only one I've returned to over and over is ww, I've done ww so many times the diet wagon practically has my name on it lol.

    The only thing that let's me done is willpower but determined to stick to it this time.

    Yep!! No probs.....need all the help I can get. I'm usually fine til the weekend comes and then all hell breaks loose....lol!! This weekend should be ok as I'm working but otherwise they're disastrous!! My WI day is prob gonna be Mondays or Tuesdays depending on my shifts. So far today I've had 31pps (I'm on 29) but I've only used 6 of my weeklies so far. Gonna have a wee snack of velvet crunch crisps and an oatybar with a cuppa later....keeps me sane :)

    Here's hoping I keep it together....let me know how you're getting on x

    Me too!! ? Always end up back at good ol' WW....but really do think the new plan is great....good luck x

    I love the new plan, it is so much more flexible. On the old plan because fruit had points I would choose wine over fruit every time LOL.

    Now I can have my five a day and a glass of wine all within points :p

    Are you keeping a food diary on here, Gemma? I'm not as I track everything on my iPhone on WW online but I know it helps some people....Good luck x

    Great positive vibes there Gemma!! I've had a good week so far but got on the scales this morning (I know, I know :-0 ) and they hadn't budged :-(

    Hopefully my scales are faulty!!! WI on Monday

    Day 1 done and dusted . Hard is my weekend as I work with cakes so it's gonna be hard ! But I so want my jeans to fit again !

    Well done Gemma......agree with weekends. If they didn't exist I'd be a stick insect, lol!!

    I'm reading a book at the minute called the Beck Diet Solution- it's uses Cognitive Behaviour Techniques to help people stick to their weight loss plan. I'm on day 4 of it and it is making me focus more but I've had no real challenges yet, so we shall see.....I've a couple of social events coming up and that's were the problems will surface for me :-(

    Well, better get outta my lazy bed and get to work. Hope day 2 is as good as day 1

    I am doing ok! I have managed to get to day 4 with a bit of a slip up but still carrying on.

    Great job, Gemma......I've been reasonably good all week....have about 15 weeklies left and have earned 15 APs which I haven't touched. My home scales still haven't moved :-( so I'm hoping that my official WW WI tomorrow night will tell me a different story or I'll be less than impressed!!!! I'll keep u posted, fingers (and toes) crossed
