Morning all, couldn't wait to go to bed last night , I was so tired but I was up and down to the loo like a yoyo.

I stop drinking water at about 8 to try and avaid getting up all night lol... Hope your ok x

Still feeling ok, I will defo drink more during the day so i can slow down at night.
