So today brought a much better day all round, cravings not so bad with abit of will power I got there, starting feel like I have energy again and all the water seems to be flushing out my system, my skin has never looked so clear. My belly is making all kinds of gurgling noises which I'm taking is a good thing right?, I don't really feel hungry at all which is abit strange though but I need to keep my will power as I'm still craving meat for some reason lol.
