Well potentially you broke ketosis, which will mean you notice the hunger more. Your wrap was carbs.

Keep the water up!

If you stay 100%, you'll stay firmly in ketosis - so you won't feel the physical hunger as much (though the emotional hunger will still need to be dealt with!)
yup - if you are 100% sometimes there is still hunger, but eating carbs (especially so early in the process) has set you back, and you need to go back into ketosis. Still, it should motivate you to keep off the carbs in future.
