Day 5 of 1st week

    yep, its me again.

    Stop me if I'm boring you.

    Again I was in work early so took 2 shakes with me. had a Strawberry and later had a Chocolate. will be having a Cicken & mushroom soup shake followed by Butterscotch.

    havent found a flavour which I disliked yet,

    will be my 1st weigh in tomorrow as started a day late. I recken ive lost all that I had put on since lipo.

    why would you be boring anyone? I think its great to hear about how peoples days go, how they have their packs etc....
    Btw.. I know you put a bit on after you finished on lipo, but your losses are truly truly inspirational for us all and for anyone who has that bit extra to lose.!

    Btw.. just to let you know, if you like curry, add some plain curry powder to your chicken and mush soup,.... it is absolutely lovely scrummy!

    thanks for that. will try the curry powder on my next one. will try as basic tonight . will let me know if I like the taste
