Day 6 and struggling

    Hi Everyone

    I am on Day 6 of SS+ (4CD + milk). Had my first WI yesterday as I started diet 3 days after being weighed initially. Only lost 3 pounds and still the same today. Bit disappointed as expected to lose more, worse -I am STILL starving hungry and feel really tired. (Ketostix shows 'trace'). Drinking 2 and 1/2 litres water plus cups of tea. Any advice would be gratefully received!!:wave_cry:

    Hi , could you try without the Milk ? That may make a difference ?

    Hi, would suggest the same try without milk, dont worry about your how much you loose in a week - long term lots of people vary so much from week to week overall though roughly 1st per month keep that in mind good luck for your first month

    Thanks, I will try without the milk and drink green tea instead of black, just hope I stop feeling hungry and tired soon!
