Day 6 help please

Noooo don't do it you're on day 6 and probably over the worst of it now and coming into ketosis. Also your weigh in is in 2 days and it will be such a boost for you.

Stay on here, get a bath or do anything to distract yourself. It would be such a shame to undo all you hard work so far. Try and hang in there hun..if you really can't cope maybe have another shake.

Hey chipy dee,

I hope you havent given into temptation,you will be raging with yourself if you do.You are most likely in ketosis so its not that you are actually hungry but just that you want it.If you eat and knock yourself out of ketosis it will be like starting all over again and it will be much harder to do.

So as awaken me has said go and have a bath/shower anything to take your mind off eating as if you resist then you will be so happy with yourself tomorrow.

Stay strong and post on here alot,it really helps.

how are you now? You know you can eat a little bit of chicken and not spoil your weight loss.
