Day 7 and counting

Im new to this Lipotrim Lark Plan to do 3 weeks before my holiday and hopefully lose a stone in that time. 1st week went ok haven't been hungry at all but have had loads of people telling me I'm mad to be doing this and I will pile the weight back on. Had my first weigh in early on day 5 as it was a bank holiday on Monday had 6 lbs gone so that is keeping me focussed. If I do manage to keep it off on hols I plan to go back on it afterwards to get down to a healthier weight. Anyone have advice for me on how to keep it off on hols?

Hi summerslimmer.............I'm only on day 2but did this diet about 3 years back and I would definitely advise the proper refeed (as recommended by lipotrim) before hols as this will ensure your cells dont fill up with glycogen and water too quickly causing you to regain weight you have already lost. I would also pay attention to the refeed days 5-7 I think it is and try (as much as poss) to stick to it as people still seem to lose weight on this plan.
