Day 9 Help!

Hi all

Have just come on here for a bit of help. I am on day 9 and wasnt too bad earlier but since i came home from work i am feeling so hungry.

All i can think about is eating something. It really is driving me mad and doesnt seem to passing:confused:

I must have had over 4 litres of water today and i just cant get it out of my head. At this moment in time im thinking i cant do this but really dont want to fail. Any tips on what to do i would be very grateful.

I agree you can do it and need to keep saying that to yourself first of all then take a lovely long hot bath!

I felt like this a couple of nights ago when we had visitors and takeaway was ordered so I went and had a long shower, scrubbed all over with the body brush and covered myself in perfumed moisturiser. Didn't want food after that :)

Thanks everyone.

I fell so much better again this morning. I ended up going out for a walk with my dog and then having an early night. Hoping that feeling doesnt happen too often cause really did find it hard, probably the hardest thing to not give in. But i didnt woo hoo.

Thanks for the replies it really does help.

Heres to day 10 of total abstinence and many more to come.
